A seasoned real estate professional is someone with extensive experience and expertise in the field. He has more than 20+ years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record of success. When in year 2020 during COVID times he thought of entering in Financial Sector.
He setup his own venture with the name “Udisha Fincop Micro Financial Services Pvt Ltd” with an aim to provide the funds to the SME’s and Individual loans ( Personal Loans ) in the most efficient and easiest manner.
Mahinder Seth
- Chief Executive Officer
An INSEAD Alumnus and a seasoned Banking & Financial services professional with over 25 yrs of experience across Retail & Branch Banking, Wealth & Relationship management, Service Quality, Operations, Compliance, Digital initiatives, Sales & Distribution across channels, geographies and client segments with P&L responsibility. Brings to table qualities like Exceptional balance between strategic thinking and execution on ground, ‘Lead from the front’ leadership style, ability to turn around stressed businesses, effective communication, excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills. He is Ex Banker and had the privilege of working with some bigger brands like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Indusind Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Per Annum by Lend box. He is alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur and completed his MSc. IT from MDU University Rohtak
Chetan Gaur
- Technical Lead (Director)
With over 15 years of experience in the electronics and IT industries, Chetan Gaur is a results-oriented leader known for driving operational excellence and technical innovation. His expertise spans production planning, process optimisation, team leadership, and IT systems management.
Throughout his career, including a decade in Electronics Teaching Aids, Delhi, and subsequent leadership roles in IT operations, Chetan has consistently delivered efficiency, quality, and organisational growth.
Holding a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication and an MBA in Operations Management, he blends technical insight with strategic acumen to build high-performing teams and sustainable systems.
Chetan’s leadership reflects discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement — guiding technology-driven progress with a focus on precision and people.
